Jamaica : August 14th -19th, 2007

We are off to Jamaica next month - one of our favorite places on the planet. We first visited Jamaica a couple of years ago and fell in love with the everything the island has to offer. During this trip we will be staying at Jakes in Treasure Beach - www.jakeshotel.com. Jakes is a true escape from the rat race - its simplicity and laid back attitude makes for a completely relaxing vacation. We have stayed at Jakes before...pre-Dragon. It was an incredible vacation - we hope to enjoy it even more this time around with Dragon in tow.

This blog was inspired by the birth of our son and our love for travel. With a newborn we have already discovered that traveling is not as easy as before and many destinations are not necessarily set up for young families.

We hope to use this blog to document our travels and in turn post helpful tips and advice on the places we visit with our boy Dragon...
